Description

A very quiet family home high in the hills above Cap d’Ail, facing south and enjoying sea views over the neighbouring rooftops.

The villa has beamed ceilings and the use of wood throughout the house gives it a very welcoming atmosphere. It is well equipped as the French owners live here most of the year.

The garden is mostly terraced as it is on a hillside, and is planted with flowering shrubs and fruit trees. The pool house is well-equipped with a built in barbecue and summer kitchen with views of St Jean Cap Ferrat.

There is also a covered dining terrace with an electric sun blind and a boule pitch below the pool area.

The close proximity to Monaco, Italy and the A8 motorway makes this home an excellent base for exploring the Riviera. Only 15 minutes away from Monaco golf course.
